The True Cost of Waste
The cost of waste includes far more than just disposal costs. In fact the true cost, when the costs of materials, energy, labour, packaging, plus treating and handling waste are included,
can be anywhere between 5 – 20 times the cost of waste disposal. This makes waste a management issue, not just an environmental issue.
How can you, with Dawsonrentals’ help, reduce waste costs and increase profits?
• Reduce wastage from excess production runs
Is wastage from production overruns, as you try to predict customer demand for just-in-time delivery, an acceptable cost? With a Dawson Blast Combi unit you can blast freeze excess
product until required and then with a flick of a switch defrost the product withoutcompromising quality.

To minimise wastage you need to cut or slice with your product at the right temperature. The Dawson Tempering unit allows you a controlled temperature reduction to the point that you set.
